So I will try to avoid that this blog, as so many others, turns into a Harry Potter homage, but it's just so hard to resist it all. It should go without saying that Jo Rowling is one of my utmost heroes, and I have an enormous amount of respect for both her and her work. The fact that the movies really aren't that bad either, just makes this all even better. So many of the actors have done an amazing job at making Rowling's vision come to life, it was very sad to go see the final movie, just as it was sad to read the last book a few years back. And honestly, after all that these books and movies have meant to me during most of my youth, it seems only fitting that I do allow some extra space for the wizarding world. So here's a few clips I've found during my obsessive HP internet hunt.
This first clip is of some of the movie cast talking about their favorite lines upon the ending of this 10 year adventure. Personally, I think none of them really chose any of the lines I liked the most, but who can expect them to remember with a decade of just amazing wording of everything.
These next two are first, a clip of the last days on set from the Deathly Hallows 2, and second, an interview of Rowling just talking about what these movies has meant to her. Enjoy.
